The conference registration and hotel room reservation is done at
the same time by a link to the SAILAIR travel agency. You will need a credit card
and will get an instant confirmation of registration payment. The room reservation
is only held with credit card but not charged. Registration is $545 until May 1, 2008.

IMPORTANT NOTES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING):
 
1) The gala dinner (banquet on Thursday night) is free with your registration but please indicate if you will attend to get an accurate headcount.

2) The registration type defaults to MEMBER which everyone is; change only if registering as an accompanying social (spouse, guest, or significant other), gala dinner only, an invited speaker, or a pre-doctoral student. 

Registration fees:
member registration - $545 (includes all meals, sessions, and gala dinner)
gala dinner only  - $75
accompanying social - $250 (includes meals and dinner, no scientific sessions)
speaker - $0 (still need to book room with credit card, only for invited founders and plenary lecturers)
pre-doctoral student - $400 (includes all meals, sessions, and gala dinner)

Note: Local faculty, residents, fellows, and students who are not able to attend the entire meeting will be eligible for a $100/per day registration fee that will include a Program and Abstract book, admission to conference lectures, poster sessions, and coffee breaks, but not breakfast, lunch or the banquet dinner. All local registration will be handled on-site only and will only be offered to scientists who are working in Charleston, South Carolina. A University ID will need to be shown.

3) The dates for the hotel room reservation default to the conference dates. Please change if you will arrive earlier or stay later.

4) Note that you have to enter your credit card information twice, once to hold the hotel room, and then again on the final payment page for the registration fee.
